Snyder, aided by a professional development grant from the Tamarack Foundation, is currently working on a unique series of guitars that utilize locally sourced tonewoods harvested mostly in the Allegheny Highlands region of West Virginia. This series is dedicated to using only indigenous woods for all parts of the guitar.
